Shadow Tracers guarantees the accuracy of the information contained in reports for a period of 60 days from the date of issue of the report, provided that proper written notice of non-service be furnished to our offices within aforesaid 60 day period. Requests for re-tracing received after this 60 day period will be billable as a new instruction. LBS services will not be guaranteed due to the nature of the enquiry. All official documentation will be billed regardless of the outcome.
